This International Women's Day, Karen Millen is celebrating the female forces behind the brand by shining a spotlight on Design Director, Bonnie Godsil. Playing a fundamental role within the team, Bonnie shares her experience as a woman in leadership and how she empowers her team.
"I think most people don't know how much love and attention goes into our product, which we actually make in very limited edition. We only make about 100 pieces of each product that we design. So, there is a massive mark of exclusivity for anyone who's buying into our product, and that's something that gives us a lot of creative freedom to express as designers."

"This season we're really feeling for these beautiful ballerina heroines that seem to be a big part of where the occasionwear mood is going."
"On the flip side, this luxe, clean, safari woman is very much part of our signature KM DNA, but we've given this a bit of a twist."
The KM Team
Alongside timeless style and exclusivity, female empowerment has always been at the heart of the Karen Millen brand. 89% of the Karen Millen Head Office team are women and out of the five senior directors, three are women.
