What is your favourite recipe currently?
“I think my favourite recipe currently has to be my Beetroot Glow Toast. It's quick, simple and delicious, and who doesn't love to glow? Beetroots are one of the things that I really encourage people to eat more of. The dark purple coloured foods are high in an antioxidant called anthocyanins, which are anti-inflammatory and amazing for helping skin health."
How do you tackle your inner critic?
“I tackle my inner critic by really helping distinguish my own voice in my head. I feel sometimes we are our own worst enemies, but there is always that voice that is looking after you and wants to help you succeed and achieve all the things that you want. So it's really about carving that out for me.”
Does fashion play an important role in your life?
“Fashion plays a really important role in my life because it's an expression of me, and it's exactly the same way that my food is an expression of my identity. What I choose to wear makes me feel my best and I feel like it's a 360 circle between fashion, nutrition, movement and filling my life with things that make me feel good.”
What Karen Millen pieces will you be investing in?
"I'm definitely going to stock up on a few gorgeous statement spring and summer dresses. They have the most amazing mix of fabrics and patterns and I just feel like they’re the perfect balance between chic but comfortable and I know if I throw them on, I'll feel confident."
