What is the KM Insider programme?
- KM Insiders is Karen Millen's bespoke loyalty programme where you earn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access an exclusive selection of rewards.
- You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases in GBP.

How do I join the KM Insider programme?
The KM Insiders loyalty scheme is currently available to customers residing in the UK. You are automatically enrolled when you make your first purchase with us in GBP. If you aren't opted into marketing you will only be able to access limited benefits.

How do I know my points balance and membership status?
Stay up-to-date on your membership and points in your My Account area.

How do I earn points?
- You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty, associated fees or chargable returns.
- Earned points will show straight after your order. However, points are only awarded on completed purchases and you do not gain points on any returned items.
- Be sure to log-in to your account prior to shopping online to ensure you receive the points from your orders. If you do not have an online account, you can register here

What can I do with my points?
Points allow you to go through the tiers of the Karen Millen Insiders Programme. The higher your tier, the more bespoke rewards you will receive.

When do my points expire?
Your points expire 31st December in the following calendar year. For example, if you earned 100 points on an order placed on 1st April 2022, with points credited to your account these would expire on 31st December 2023.
